 Andy Weiner President AndyWeiner@WeinerDevelopment.com Andy Weiner is the founder of Weiner Development. He served as Chief Operating Officer for Weiner’s Stores. As a result of his retailing experience, Mr. Weiner has extensive experience on the retail tenant and on the developer sides and is a well respected resource for national retailers on retailing trends. Mr. Weiner is a frequent speaker at retail conferences and is available to address other conferences by invitation. Mr. Weiner has undergraduate coursework at the London School of Economics, a BA from Stanford University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and a graduate at the Harvard Retailing and Executive Program. |
 Michele Howard counsel mhoward@weinerdevelopment.com Michele is licensed to practice law in both Texas and New York. In 2006, she left her law firm practice to join long-time client Andy Weiner as Counsel for Weiner Development. Her practice has focused on the financing, purchase, development, leasing and sale of commercial properties, such as shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses and hotel and recreational developments. Additional transactions have included mixed-used and residential developments. While practicing previously in New York, Michele represented commercial lenders and office building owners and handled several condominium conversions in the Manhattan area. Michele was born in Queens, New York in 1968 and was raised in Houston. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989 and obtained her law degree in 1993 from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was the Managing Editor of the Houston Law Review. Michele is a member of the Texas State Bar and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She and her husband, Wade, have two daughters, Olivia and Lilian. |

Mike Coontz Construction Manager mcoontz@weinerdevelopment.com Mike coordinates all construction activities for Weiner Development. The scope of work includes cost estimating, selection/management of the design team for New Development projects, due diligence/environmental investigation plus the day to day management of ongoing construction. Mike has over thirty years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with the last fourteen years devoted specifically to the retail sector at Weingarten Realty Investors. Highlights of those activities include extensive tenant improvement work, shopping center renovations & remodels, redevelopment of empty big-box vacancies to smaller mid-size anchor space , design/build of large and small retail shell buildings, coordinate construction of build-to-suit anchor tenants and complete construction management of community type shopping centers anchored by major national retailers. The work was performed throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Florida. Mike attended Bradley University and has lived in the Houston area for thirty years. |

Moore, with over six years of experience in diversified aspects of civil engineering analysis, design and management.
